What could your organization do with $15,000?

The Glenwood Rotary Club is proud to award a $15,000 annual grant to a qualified organization in Pope County! This grant is made possible by the collaboration of Rotary International, The Rotary Foundation, and area Rotary Clubs. This grant is subject to approval by the Glenwood Rotary Club and the District 5950.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: MARCH 1, 2023
District Grants must:
-
be tangible in nature
-
provide significant Rotarian involvement (i.e. “hands-on sweat equity”)
-
recognize Rotary as a contributor of the project
-
be located in, or benefit, Pope County
-
be completed within the Rotary fiscal year ending June 30th
District Grants cannot:
-
involve the establishment of a permanent foundation, trust, or account
-
directly benefit a Rotarian, a Rotarian’s direct relative, or a Rotary-related organization
-
fund land purchases
-
fund anything with a religious or political affiliation
-
fund expenses that have already been incurred
-
fund payment of salaries or operational and/or administrative expenses of any organization
-
fund projects already started
-
create a liability for the Glenwood Rotary Club or Rotary International
